Terms & Conditions

Our products contain alcohol. By placing an order, you confirm that you are at least the age of majority in your country of residence and legally permitted to purchase alcohol-containing products in your jurisdiction. We reserve the right to request proof of age and to cancel any order where this cannot be verified.

• Prices are displayed in the currency applicable to your detected or selected market via Shopify Markets. Currency conversion and exchange rates are updated periodically and may differ slightly from your bank's or card issuer's applied rate.
  
• We make reasonable efforts to ensure pricing accuracy but reserve the right to correct any pricing error and, where applicable, cancel affected orders.

• Accepted payment methods vary by market and may include bank transfer, e-wallets, credit/debit cards, and other options processed via Xendit, or other designated payment partners for your region.
• All payments must be completed in full before an order is processed for shipment.

• HMNS ships to select international destinations in addition to Indonesia. Because our products contain alcohol and are classified as dangerous goods (flammable liquid) under IATA regulations, shipments are handled exclusively through hazmat-certified carriers (e.g., DHL Express, FedEx). Available shipping methods, delivery timeframes, and eligible destinations may therefore be more limited than for non-hazmat goods.
• Estimated landed cost — including product price, shipping, and applicable import duties or destination taxes — will be shown before you complete checkout, where supported for your destination. Actual duties, taxes, or customs fees assessed on arrival are your responsibility unless otherwise stated at checkout.
• We are not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance, destination-country import restrictions on dangerous goods, or incorrect address information provided by the customer. If a destination country restricts import of alcohol-based products, we reserve the right to cancel the order.

• Fragrance is subjective; scent perception may vary between individuals due to skin chemistry, and product appearance (e.g., color) may vary slightly by batch.
  
• If you have known sensitivities or allergies, we recommend performing a patch test before full use. HMNS products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical condition, and nothing on the Services constitutes medical advice.

All content on the Services — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, product names, photography, and design elements — is the property of HMNS or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from this content without our prior written consent.

Participation in HMNS Circle or other loyalty/membership programs is subject to additional terms made available at the time of enrollment, which are incorporated into these Terms by reference.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, HMNS shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Services or purchase of our products, beyond the value of the applicable order. Nothing in these Terms limits any liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, including consumer protection laws in your jurisdiction.

We reserve the right to amend, revise, or update these Terms at any time without prior notice. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the Services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, unless mandatory consumer protection laws of your country of residence provide otherwise. Any disputes shall first be attempted to be resolved amicably through direct communication with our customer service team before pursuing formal proceedings.
